i was hired to drive for black diamond transport located in fort lauderdale fl. and they still owe me three weeks pay.i now have a bunch of miles racked up on my car and lost a lot of money paying for gas. i now see why no one ever works for them for very long.
they wont return any of my calls nor any of my email now, they seem to have vanished.
if someone named tom gibbs contacts you hang up and run, they've also been reported to the bbb several times.
just a little friendly advice don't trust black diamond transport.

Written by Driver on February 15, 2012 from jacksonville, florida, US Scott kept lying to me that I would receive all my pay from unpaid invoices, guaranteed me they would pay me, I worked for them for over 10 years and then in june 2011 they quit paying me and i never saw another dime that they owed me, just lies and more lies. |

I have faxed letter to attorney but no respond. Probally never see the money. Scott is no longer with company he got laid off last week along with Heidi. If anyone knows how we can get our money let me know. |
